Ink-Inc Publishing: Imagine Worlds

Our Imagination

Imagination shapes realities. Dreams create universes. Concepts identify realms. Insights describe existence. Ideas redefine boundaries. Inspiration dismantles and reconstruct worlds. Imagination breathes life into dreams. It challenges paradigms and transform perceptions. Imagination sets the standards. Then it shatters them. Ideas captivate. Inspire. Energize. The spark of creation. The culmination of thought. In the beginning was imagination. Ideas are limitless.

Our philosophy is simple: creation for creation’s sake.
Our approach is straightforward: we create because we live.

Our essence lies in the articulation of creation.

A circle is a circle because it’s not a square?

Where the abstract entwines with reality

The interpretation of symbols

Civilization Is Imagination

In the realm where the abstract intertwines with reality, imagination and thought serve as a foundation for understanding the essence of our perceived existence.

Each element—Imagination and Thought—carries its unique weight and significance, yet it is their equilibrium that captures the dysfunctionality of human narrative.

Without imagination there is no civilisation. Without thought there is no foundation for the imagination.

The Grimoire of Anton Hymers

Available Spring 2026

Art transcends the boundaries of time, weaving a rich tapestry through the annals of human history and spirituality. From the sacred geometry of ancient civilizations to the majestic forms of modern masterpieces, art speaks a language that is both universal and eternal. It captures the essence of creativity and belief, forming monumental narratives that echo through the ages. Each brushstroke and chisel mark tells a story of human expression, connecting us to the past and guiding us into the future.

Macbeth Unpacked

A play written for a King (James I of England) about a man unfit for kingship.

William Shakespeare’s Tragedy of Macbeth has all the ingredients of a summer blockbuster: a war veteran gone rogue, a love story gone bad, pyrotechnics, political assassination, blood soaked horror, psychological disturbance, carnage and massacre. Throw in the Supernatural and the stage is set for an epic battle between the forces for good and evil.

Macbeth Unpacked explores the ideas contained within Macbeth: ambition, what it is to be a man, the nature of tyranny, the nature of evil, toxic relationships, truth, lies, the spin of equivocation and the rendition of the single state of man: mind, body and soul, broken on the back of the fault line of all consuming ambition.

Macbeth Unpacked is suitable for GCSE and Advanced Level students, and those who wish to extend their understanding of one of Shakespeare’s best known works.

A Dance With Romeo

“My name is Mary Hymers and I was born in the year 1927. My Mother’s maiden name was Thomasina Gilfillan; after she married my Father Norman Hymers she took his surname and became Thomasina Hymers. I have one elder brother Alexander who was the oldest of us, then my sister Barbara, then me; Mary, and the baby of the family was my brother Norman…”

With these words, at the age of 74 and never before having written anything longer than a letter, Mary Hymers began to write her life.  A Dance with Romeo is the first volume of her memoirs to be published and details her childhood and teenage years agains the backdrop of the second world war.

Mary dances her way through the War and in doing so gives an honest and often funny account of daily lives of ordinarily people during that extraordinary time.

Blowing Bubbles

Available Autumn 2025

“…Sat diving doesn’t require the diver to be able to swim since you are simply doing what any worker on a construction site does, only you’re doing it underwater while dragging behind you around 20 to 90 feet of tightly bound high pressure hoses – which have the ductility and elasticity of cucumber and the drag co-efficient of an empty wallet.”

Sports Divers do it for fun, Commercial Divers do it for money. Sports Divers can choose when to get wet. Commercial Divers get told when to get dressed in.

Unlike sports divers, commercial divers are called to dive at any time. Weather and circumstances are not inhibitive. Divers were expected to go about their diving business for as long as the vessel could maintain itself on station. Of course this was back in the days before Health and Safety had been invented.

The Adventures of Walter Vapour

Books 1-3 Available Autumn 2025

“…In a place not far away from here, in fact, just around the corner from where you live, there lives the ageless weather machine…It’s as finally balanced as a sweet-shops scales, or a feather on a seagull’s tail. It’s more powerful than the passage of time, or the fragility of a fox’s daydream stare.”

Looking out through the cloud weather windows, Walter caught glimpses of the mountains as they began to fill the sky even though, snow capped they were still some distance away. To his right, an older cumulus nimbus appeared to be having engine trouble as it lost its navigational intergity as the sprites; sparkling and flashing, fought to help the cumulus nimbus gain height. The onboard droplet teams were bailing out in a series of summer squalls as they cascaded and hang-glided to the ocean below.
